DARLING DOOR DECOR RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from Darling Door Decor. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

ORDER TYPE

Darling Door Decor operates as a Ready to Ship business with the exception of our monthly subscription program.

READY TO SHIP AND INTRO SETS
Ready to Ship items and Intro Sets are final sale and fulfilled according to the timelines outlined in our Shipping Policy.

SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS
Subscription orders ship within 7 to 10 business days of the start of each month and follow the same return and refund terms outlined below.

ALL SALES POLICY

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to:
• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong item
• No longer wanting the item
• Failure to read product descriptions or policies
• Shipping delays once the package has left our studio

SHOP CREDIT POLICY

Darling Door Decor does not issue refunds to the original payment method.
If a resolution is approved, it will be issued as store credit only at our sole discretion.

DISCOUNT CODES

Discount codes must be applied at checkout.
Discounts cannot be applied retroactively after an order has been placed.

NATURAL MATERIAL DISCLAIMER

Our products are made from real wood. Natural variations are not considered defects.

Refunds, replacements, or exchanges will NOT be granted for:
• Knots in the wood
• Grain variations
• Slight dents or bumps
• Knot patches
• Minor imperfections inherent to natural wood
• Slight warping due to environmental conditions

These characteristics are part of the handmade nature and uniqueness of each piece.

DAMAGE OR WRONG ITEM CLAIMS

Customers must inspect their order immediately upon delivery.

All damage, defect, or incorrect item claims must be submitted within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

To submit a claim, customers must email Darlingdoordecors@gmail.com and include:
• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging
• Photo of the shipping label

Failure to provide documentation may result in denial of the claim.

Darling Door Decor reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution after reviewing the claim. Approved resolutions may include replacement, repair, or store credit.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are not guaranteed and are approved on a case by case basis at our sole discretion.

If an exchange is approved:
• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
• The item must be returned in original condition and packaging
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled:
• Custom or personalized products
• Special order items
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards

CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered processing, as outlined in our Shipping Policy.
