DARLING DOOR DECOR SHIPPING POLICY
This Shipping Policy governs all orders placed with Darling Door Decor. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
ORDER PROCESSING
Darling Door Decor now operates as a Ready to Ship business with the exception of our monthly subscription.
INTRO SETS AND READY TO SHIP ITEMS
Intro sets and all Ready to Ship items are processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS
Monthly subscription orders ship within 7 to 10 business days of the start of each month. Subscription orders ship separately from standard Ready to Ship orders.
Processing time refers to the time required to prepare, package, and transfer your order to the shipping carrier. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Darling Door Decor reserves the right to extend processing times during peak seasons, holidays, product launches, sales events, or unforeseen circumstances. Updated timelines will be communicated on the website when applicable.
SHIPPING METHODS
We typically ship all orders using UPS Ground unless otherwise Ground is not available, we will ship using USPS.
Shipping speed selected at checkout applies only to transit time and does not reduce processing time.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the shipment is considered fulfilled.
TRANSIT TIMES
Estimated UPS Ground delivery time is typically 1 to 5 business days within the continental United States.
Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Darling Door Decor does not guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by:
• Shipping carrier delays
• Weather conditions
• Natural disasters
• Service interruptions
• High shipping volume periods
• Labor disruptions
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
• Any circumstances outside of our control
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING
A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been handed to the carrier.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Orders returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address will require additional postage to be reshipped. Reshipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been placed.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DELIVERED PACKAGES
Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, Darling Door Decor is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
If tracking shows a package as delivered, it is considered successfully delivered.
Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim for lost or stolen packages. We will provide documentation if requested by the carrier.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution.
To file a damage claim, customers must provide:
• Photos of the damaged item(s)
• Photos of the packaging
• Photos of the shipping label
Failure to provide documentation may result in denial of the claim.
Darling Door Decor reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution, including replacement or store credit, after reviewing the claim.
UNDELIVERABLE OR REFUSED SHIPMENTS
Packages refused or returned to sender for any reason are subject to return shipping fees. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping is a flate rate of $12 and subscriptions are $8
ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be canceled, modified, or rerouted.
